"No grade available" on pcgs.com?

Anyone seen a submission like this? It came up in pcgs's system today. Does that mean pcgs has not finished grading yet? or the result is "No grades"?

Did you send PCGS' customer service an inquiry?

 

I sent PCGS some coins for grading. This is the current status of my submission.

 

If you have a registry set you can check your order there.

 

I checked there. It says the order is "in process"

 

If it is in process then they probably haven't graded them yet. I usually get the grades the same day they ship.
