    Not worth buying. It looks like a struck through (probably grease) along with millions of other ones.

    It looks like a "Struck Through Grease" error. I would not buy it as you can find these in roll searching. that is just my thoughts and others may have more to offer.
    You can find a lot of Struck through errors if you search, everything from a missing letter or number to much of the letters missing or very weak.

    Another thought is that it is very common to see different degrees of weakness in this area.
    Weakness of a strike will cause the lettering on this portion of the coin to show up with various degrees of weakness (or sharpness) of the lettering.
    Still to common and nothing worthy of paying money for when you can find them in rolls from your bank or store..
