Lincoln DDR 1998 D??

    Is this a DDR? I found this coin randomly- I can't even remember where I found this coin. I don't normally do roll searching. Is the MD or DDR. I thought it seemed pretty obvious, but I am no expert.

    please share what kind of camera/scope you use to take your pictures. they're awesome!!
    good luck on figuring out what it is. i would give my opinion but i'll probably end up with my foot in my mouth and talking without it there serves me fine. :)

    It's MD and mixed in ,is some mild die deterioration doubling also, No doubled die sorry.

    Look at your doubling, does it look scooted, pushed or pulled?

    Look at your doubling, does it look scooted, pushed or pulled?
    If so it tells you the dies were loose - machine/mechanical type doubling.

    I am confident this is not single squeeze hub doubling. I don't see any notches and the areas that appear doubled don't add to the thickness of the motto, rather they take away from it, thus it is probably MD. Nice pictures.

    Thanks guys. Power Shot Canon 7 Megapixels. It's more about practice and lighting. I am no pro on photos. Just have taken thousands, so you eventually learn.
