    Not full step. Look at the first bottom steps. The bottom two rows are blemished together.

    While lustrous and nice flowing colors, this one to me looks beat up and tired. MS63 is my vote.

    I gave it MS63 no FS, but no matter what some guy(s) at a TPG saw, that is a nice coin.

    MS63, but could market at MS62, those cuts being in all the wrong places...

    I notice plenty of marks on the face and building but the fields are clean...steps don’t quite make it as there are some breaks ....64 Not FS for me

    I'd venture a guess it's an MS65 (no FS) Large S.

    Apparently 65 not an option, so let's do MS64!
