    Colombia 10 Centavos 1897
I purchased this silver coin, because I love collecting coins from all over the world that are unique in some fashion and this coin was only minted one year. When it came I noticed its purity in silver is .666 or 666/1000 parts silver. Hmmm and from a predominantly Catholic Country?!? Doing a little more research I find that we, as in the Philadelphia Mint, minted a 5 Centavos in 1902 for Colombia, also in the 666/1000 parts silver ratio. But besides these Two coins minted for only 1 year each, I can not find any other Country to Ever have minted a coin in .666 Silver nor Gold content.

That is, by far, the most evil coin I have ever seen.

You must send it to me. Immediately upon receipt I will douse it in holy water, chant over it, place it in a 2x2, and put it permanently into my collection.

Maybe....does the head spin around on the coin? A good dunking in distilled holy water should cure the problem. Actually take it to your nearest catholic church for a blessing. They really will bless it. :)

Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia (literally, "fear of [the number] six hundred sixty-six") is the fear that originated from the Biblical verse Revelation 13:18 which indicates that the number 666 is the Number of the Beast, linked to Satan or the Anti-Christ.[1] Outside the Christian faith, the phobia has been further popularized as a motif in various horror films. Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobes will strongly avoid things related to the number 666. A prominent example is of Nancy and Ronald Reagan who, in 1989, when moving to their home in the Bel-Air section of Los Angeles, had the address of 666 St. Cloud Road changed to 668 St. Cloud Road.[2] Some women also expressed concern on giving birth to a child on June 6, 2006 (abbreviated 6/6/06).[3]

I would than really be asking if the metal content for these coins was just picked at random or if the person/people whom chose it chose it for some reason?

    It is written!

    All money can be evil.

    Any money can be evil.

Therefore THIS coin MUST be evil.

I know a volcano I can throw it into.

In case no one has noticed, it is 2/3 silver, so it would have been a very simple alloy to mix.

If only a matter of simplicity, than why would only one country in the last century do this mix and only one time each for two coins? Something seems fishy.
