Medal alignment brazilian 10 centavos 1946

    I have found a brazilian 10 centavos from 1946, KM 555a.2, struck in medal alignment. Every other KM 555a.2 i`ve seen have been struck in coin alignment. Any one know if this is something extra ordinary?

    Maybe its an 180 degree die axis rotation error.
