    Cropping your pictures to show the coin, not the color of your tablecloth, should make them large enough to be useful.

    With the "heads " side I was thinking Greek, but hey, (as Shultz would say) I know nothing.....

    Its a modern fake of a Greek coin. Someone with more patience than I can look up the precise type. But I believe its from somewhere in Southern Asia minor. Late Archaic period.

    I hear you P38...Is the bottom a representation of the monkey god friend of Rama? More questions than answers. Traci :eek:

    I agree that it looks like a repro of a Greek coin.
