2009 polk dollar error

Wow i just found this searching thur a roll of dollars.old polk has a u on his cheek.now how would that had gotten there?has anyone see any others like this,i have not. View attachment 58350

Most likely a coin to coin hit.
but with better photo we maybe able to tell you more
