I sure could use some opinions about the grade.

As a follow up I think this coin is either XF or AU. I would love to have some input.
I would think it would be closer to VF-25. LIBERTY is not readable from the pics.
VF but with a larger photo the grade my change
Looks like a low XF, but is that a scratch on the right of the obverse?
