    Any help ID'ing this one would help. I found it and can't match it up w/any pics I can fine. Thanks again.

    Well it looks to be British, I think I can see a seated Brittania? possibly George the III but not sure what value either 1/4d or 1/2d

    It looks like it could also be a 1773 Virgina Half Penny.

    so...it's what date and what type of coin? half penny?

    Not with Britannia - the reverse would be a crowned shield with four coats of arms, including multiple varieties of the Irish harp.

    For George III its too large to be a farthing (1/4d) and too small to be a h'appenny (1/2d), and the right-facing bust, which must be George II or III, definitely looks more like III.

    Also too small, by ~7/64th"

    And what's your explanation for the size?
