Looks like it was minted yesterday. It's been really well preserved. The obverse is gem quality, but those bag marks on the right wheat ear are unfortunate. MS-63 or 64 (RED, of course) are probably good bets; the overall quality and eye appeal (!) of the coin help to make up for the bag marks.
You can't take too much off for bag marks. That one should be slabbed. You might be surprised. I would say ms 64 or 65.
Nice coin! The graininess appearance along with the deep strike and high rims gives it the appearance similar to that of a Matte Proof. I would bet that it may pull out a MS-64 even with the bag marks! I have one that is almost identical to yours! Mine was graded and slabbed at MS-68 but I believe that it is overgraded and it was also damaged when it was placed in the slab (a couple of scratches on the rim below the VDB). Considering the damage, mine would probably regrade at MS-65 or MS-66. Frank
I would go NGC....I think that just this year they have started making their slabs airtight and if you want that coin to stay RED...it better be airtight. Speedy
Most of the Grading Services Companies have Websites where you can either email them or obtain their phone number to call them! On the Website, you should also be able to find information about submitting the coin for grading. Some have submission forms that can be downloaded and printed out ot you can request the forms. Frank
