Came across this piece the other day and I'm just not sure of the proper identification. Hope someone can help. Here's the coin: When I first looked at it I see an AΓ monogram - pellet in one quadrant and a branch with leaves in the other. Couldn't find a similar piece. When I turned the reverse 90 degrees I saw this: Now it looks like Athena standing left holding a spear and shield. Can't find this one either but definitely interesting ... any thoughts on which way is correct?
