I also acquired this other coin, more mysterious than the other I suppose. It seems to be a Commemorative Constantinopolis - 330-333 AD?

Condition (non grading service rating) - very fine?
Again, can you please tell me if it looks authentic and, if so, what's the story behind this coin? Perhaps, also, an idea on its current value?
