The last of these I saw were floating around $50, but the strike was slightly different than your example.

    Not that much.

Off center pieces like that range from $5.00 to $10.

I believe that off-center cents dated around 1970 sell routinely for about $5 - $10. I recently bought about 10 off-center cents, nickels, & dimes dated in the 1980s & 1990s and they all cost about $3 each.

A couple weeks ago, I visited a guy that has been placing a free ad in the newspaper advertising that he had some errors for sale. He had about 20 coins like yours & he was selling them for about $20 each. He was slowly finding un-informed buyers that would pay his price & buy one or two of them at a time.

Basically, depending upon the effort & honesty put into the sale, your coin could sell for between $3 & $20.

The older Memorials go for more than the later date ones and it depends on the grade. With such small pictures, the grade is difficult to judge. I'd guess about $15-25.

    Nice coin but

Nice coin but I would buy at $2 or $3 and sell for $5 and take 4$.

And true that offsets like that one are really fairly common. There are many varieties of them and the ones with dates are the more expensive. At one coin show I go to there is one dealer that sells nothing but error coins and his table is loaded with offsets of all varieties and denominations. Many are from as little as $1 up to about $25. The differences are due to naturally the condition of the coin and the amount of offsetting and the denomination too. Cent offsets are really common which I just never could figure out.
