Wow, I've seen this guys stuff before, at least 1/3 of whats in that auction is in my pocket right now.
This is the kind of stuff that people with no numismatic experience buy. The $5.50 to ship these coins is way more than they're worth.
Wow, that's the most cynically bald-faced sham of a fraudulent auction I've seen from these guys. And these guys are the ones who found "safes full of coins, just dumped into a bag and sent to you." Of course, it's not literally FRAUDULENT,but it makes me want to take a shower... Joe
No doubt it is the sales pitch reeling people in. Quote from the movie Tommy Boy "you could get a good look at a T-bone by sticking your head up a bull's @ss but wouldn't you rather just take the butcher's word for it".
I would not buy a glass of water if I was thirsty from them, but you must admit the marketing of "pocket change" is not really all that bad. I will admit the gimicks they come up with from time to time are not all that bad. Just never buy a cert coin from them, it's a joke....
Thank you for that. It made reading this thread worthwhile. At least I got a laugh. I love that movie.
I bid on his stuff about 3 weeks ago and won bin, the pictures for the coins I won where not same ones he show a 1956-1957-and 1958 MS 70 Quarters, when I ask him if be the same I would be getting he said no but would get 3 1964 Quarters, way he shows auctions is a lie on pictures he post in them , buyers beware of this guy, well in end I didn't have to pay for them as he let me back out of deal, as he knew that was wrong quarters he was showing, I did learn something on this always look at feedback before bidding.
