http://cgi.ebay.com/1885-CC-MORGAN-...4a9a9c934f&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14#ht_720wt_1165 WOW.. That' cannot be real... Can it?
Looks like a poorly executed cast copy. Look at the filled-in areas on the reverse. No amount of cleaning or wear will do that. Guy~
Just another nut trying to find a squirrel. Well I'm not bidding on it and I don't think anyone else will. :thumb: Whether it's real or not, it certainly doesn't look like something anyone here would collect that's for sure.
"IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS JUST BEEN IN THE GROUND OR ROCKS FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE FOUND. WE BOUGHT THIS 1885 CC ON EBAY. IT WAS MOLDY AND WE WASHED THE MOLD OFF."

Moldy coins. Now I've heard everything... The only thing sharp on this koin, miracle of miracles, is the CC mintmark.
I reported him and contacted him as well as some other CT members.. As of right now( 8:24 m pst) his auction is over. Woohoo! Justice always prevails!
