If Lincoln's beard, and the wheat stalks, are as smooth as they appear in your pictures, it looks very F-ish to me, so probably in the <$10 range from what I see on the internet. Frankly the color and the apparent wear don't seem to go together, so perhaps the color isn't natural.
My guess is that the apparent color and wear are affected by the bad lighting and small picture size. Shots of the full obverse and reverse in plain old white light would help a lot, IMO. Joe
