USMC Coin and Stamp Set Question

3 day's ago, they said my 3 Coin and Stamps Set's were "in stock and reserved", it said b.o. On the proof's. TODAY, I got an email saying they canceled my proof coin's, I ordered on the 21st. SOB

Why would they cancel your proof order? As of this morning they are still available to be shipped on 10/20.

 

my proof is pretty bad, It has some little dust piece inside the holder

 

The mint puter was wrong, they never canceled my proof order. It wasn't showing up on my order with the Coin and Stamp Set's. It's a mess.

Glad to hear you're still in business on the proofs. I received my proofs Saturday morning -- they look great !

I wasn't going to say anything about receiving my proofs if your proofs were cancelled; I didn't want to make you feel worse. But, it looks like you are running 2 days behind me; I'm guessing you'll receive yours Monday or Tuesday.

After seeing an excellent scan of the Uncirculated version elsewhere, I went and ordered one of those also.

 

The proof still isn't showing on the Mint site, I hope the csr was right.

 

A few orders back I had an issue where the Mint Site computer “lost” my order, but when I called and talked to one of their operators I was assured that my order was still valid. I received that order a week later.
