I'm not a coin collector, but I have some older coins from a family member. Most are in poor shape, and I've been able to id them. However, I have this one coin that has no letters on it and only has a year of 1916 and the number 10. Here are two links to pictures of both sides of the coin. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give. http://home.neo.rr.com/partimebizz/august/unknown01.jpg http://home.neo.rr.com/partimebizz/august/unknown02.jpg
That's an Austrian 10 heller made of nickel brass. There were nearly 15 million made that year and it may be worth around $1-$2. You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
