Bora, I think it would help you a lot if you learned how to grade coins yourself. That way, you have the knowledge to make sensible bids based on price guides. My own opinion: It looks like a Very Fine to me, and price guides list that retail value anywhere from $50 to $100. That's a starting point.
Numismedia lists the coin's value at $41 in VG-8. While this coin has F/VF details, with the harsh cleaning it has undergone I suggest you not pay more than very good money for it.
I agree. To be honest, I wouldn't buy this coin...I would pass and find another example what isn't damaged. But, I wouldn't pay any more than VG money for it at the most.
