Sure, depending on it's condition and where it was minted. We would need a picture of both sides to be able to grade it. But, if it is circulated it is worth at minimum it's silver melt value which is currently $5.39.
Apparently if it's a San Francisco 1953 w/ full bell lines on it, it's worth $25,000+ as one was sold on Teletrade for that price last night... but don't get your hopes up
