    What a joke!!!

Is the date trying to migrate up the right side of the coin?
    Bad cleaning job too.
And should "coingirl378" really be "congirl378"?
Can't be a Chinese forgery; they take more pride in their work than that.

And of course my standing policy on expensive coins: "No Slab, No Interest"

Sounds like a joke but that is really true I think. Most of the China fakes look real and some possibly are a bit better than the originals.

You can tell it's fake! they prally buried it to make it look like they found it.

Not only has she sold the merc before, she's sold four 1914-D Lincolns and other key dates, all purchased from our Chinese friend back in April. Sadly, the buyers are unaware of what they bought... all have posted positive feedback. The nightmare continues...

Needs to be reported to ebay. If it can be proved they will remove them.

So, report it! It can (has) been proved.

BTW, I have already reported it.

Oh yes!! This is the kind of stuff that needs to happen to wake some ppl up!! Maybe if it happens enough times, (bringing sales of fake coins to the attention of the buyer) maybe Ebay will get off of their duffs and do something about it.

Unfortunately I can't look at the links b/c I'm at work now but when I get home I will have some daily drama to look at. :D

If nothing else, at least one more person finds out the truth about operation (shut down China!)!!! :headbang:

    I just love eBay. :)

All the more reason for people to educated themselves before making big purchases. It amazes me how little research people do. Of course I was one of them 10 years ago but I quickly learned from my mistakes.

She knew all her coins were fake... check her feedback as a buyer. Almost every item purchased since January has been from the most well known of the Chinese sellers (sellers that deal only in "replica" coins), and these particular sellers never stamp their coins "copy". She bought these coins to sell as genuine, waiting the required 90 days so you couldn't view her "buys"... coupled with "quick turn" auctions and a phoney story about working in a pawn shop for those who questioned her listings. And she is just one of many...

Except I see no evidence that she took it down!

She didn't.. it sold for $69.66. Not bad for a $3 purchase...
