Need help with this Rosevelt

    What is this on the reverse? Any Help. The photos don't do justice. Looks proof like or maybe it is. Don't know. Got it from a vending machine.

    It is apparently a lamination piece that came off of another coin and got struck into the dime! There also appears to be some scattered extra metal on the Obverse as well, possibly due to poor planchet preparation.

    It's a line of solder. This dime used to be attached to a piece of jewelry. It's not an error.
