I have a question concerning the Westward Journey nickels. I recently purchased 8 sets directly from the US mint P&D's. Every one of my "P" rolls is short one nickel. I carefully measured the coins and weighed them. Could this be some kind of a scam? Has anybody else noticed this error?
I have heard of a thick D minted nickel of the peace variety. Have you gotten any other replies? I have a few rolls, too, but from what I heard the Denver mint corrected the problem in, I think, April or May of 2004.
