Found a US star in Canada

Hi guys , I was working and came across a star note tonight. It's a NY 2 B00471578* 2006 series

I don't know anything about these notes so if anyone could tell me if it's worth anything more then 1$ + small premium I would love to know.

I am no expert, but something as new as a 2006 is probably not worth more than face unless it is CU (crisp uncirculated). That said, you don't have to spend it - it will probably be worth something down the line.
