That is a Jubilee head Shilling, first year of issue. A reasonable retailer would probably charge you about £15-£20 (or whatever the US dollar equivilent is) for it in that kind of condition. Unfortunately, these tend to be worth less than other Queen Victoria shillings because people tended to hoard them as it was Queen Victoria's 50th Jubilee year and the first time she had a different potrait since the beginning of her reign, and so a lot of them have survived in EF and UNC grade. I inhereted one myself that had been passed down the family this way. Its a nice coin though, as my ancestors and many others would have agreed...
