It is unique. One of a kind. The finest known. It was not "released into circulation and is in the same condition as it was first produced with crisp clean edges with bold and deep embossing seals and superb paper quality with no defects."

Interesting but not $21 million interesting.

this seller is known for his severely overpriced items on ebay. I probably doesn't expect to sell them but rather uses the ads as cheap advertising for his business.

He could be using the high priced buy it now to get people to look and then hope that someone makes a reasonble offer for what it's really worth.

Would offering him $1000 be reasonable or insulting?

I noticed this seller has a no returns policy. I would be very careful before I laid out that kind of money. While free shipping via the postal service is offered, I would make sure Pay Pal would cover the full purchase price:goofer:.

Realize what else you could buy with that kind of money. I have been collecting as a hobby for about three years, I have about $45-50,000 invested in my Hobby collection. Spending that kind of money will never be an option for me. Added to that I don't think I would ever want to spend $21 million on any one addition to my collection. Just my opinion,

Lets be clear on this, it will only cost that much if some lottery winning idiot decides to hit the BIN button.

Wanna bet on the odds of that happening?

I would like to bet that it does not happen, where do I sign up? :)
