Credits ???

Not sure where to post, so, mods, please put it in the right place if necessary.

Some time ago under my profile details, appeared a new line saying this :

Credits: 85 [Check] [Purchase]

After I've been wondering what it could be, I think I prefer to ask.
So, what does it mean ?
