What do you think of these coins? The Mint has halted production due to lack of blanks, but are the coins worth the money? They are available in different ounce sizes(1/10, and up to one ounce.) I did some research and their values do increase substantially, so are you planning on buying one?

The fractional sizes are only in 2008, the mint stated that they would no longer provide them.

These really are just bullion coins and if the value goes up it is because the value of gold has gone up. I believe the investor version of this are still being produced and because of the blank shortage the mint stopped the collector versions.

yah thats stupid about the fractional sizes, now they are too expensive for most collectors

I had bought a set when they first came out and really liked the fractional sizes. I regret selling it but needed the funds for my core collection.

I'm guessing due to the one year status the fractionals may increase a little in value due to demand.
