MS-64. I wanted 65, but the soft strike of the eagle's breast says no.

That is sun reflection, not a soft strike. The strike is average to slightly above average. 1946 D is a notoriously weak struck date, as is ‘46 S. Dies were at the end of their life expectancy.

    Well, in that case, MS-65.

That’s a honey. I like her in gem, myself. There’s too much glare in the photos for me to say how high up in gem.

1 stop lower in exposure. Sunny day, and the coin is a total luster bomb.

PCGS, probably got a MS64, but it seems like a weak strike to me, but maybe it is the lighting and not the coin. Her hands are almost not there and it isn't from wear.

The year causes a weakness, the sunlight makes it difficult but I went a 66 on her.

Notorious weak strike date/mint, but it is so sunny today, I can’t get a picture without light saturating it.

Awesome rims...wow! Is it in an old rattler...? Have seen more softer breast strikes than better, so rolling the dice on a 66.

66 if the luster is there.
