Israel 10 Agorot year question

    Well I've been going thru my world coins country by country and loving them all on numista and I hit the coins from Israel..I always have a hell of a time with the middle eastern coins. Could anyone tell me if I have this one dated correctly? From what I have checked squiggle against squiggle I thinks it's 2012 but the first character after the " is what is throwing me a little bit. The one on numista looks more like a weird Y and this clearly looks like a boxed U. 16156565340196304266475824914277.jpg
