anyone know how to open a account with brinks or any amored truck carrier to have coins delivered or picked up?? I have noticed some coin shops have had hundreds of boxes of the new cents and I cannot figure how they got except they had them delivered by brinks and they ordered the coin through brinks. my bank only ordered a few boxes then rations them out 1 coin at a time, this bull has to stop, coin shops are making a killing and collectors left in the dust!!

I guess you could get one vending machine. or at least a business license as a company dealing with it. I suspect a B & M coin store would qualify. They will certainly investigate any request to protect their deliveries IMO.

Did you try calling Brinks? Maybe you could arrange to pickup a few boxes as I'm sure you don't want to pay the shipping costs.

I phoned Brinks, Garda, and 2 or 3 more. They want nothing to do with you if you don't have an account. Never try talking to one of the guards while they're making a delivery, you might get shot. I tried at a Lowe's one time, never again. Very icy reception, probably thought I was the front man on a heist.

They have to have a phone number to call for creating an account. Did you try thier headquarters?

    The Brink’s Company
    1801 Bayberry Court
    P.O. Box 18100
    Richmond, VA 23226-8100
    Telephone: (804) 289-9600
    Facsimile: (804) 289-9770

I have an account but it's through thier home security which is a subdivision of the same Brink's that does the armored car service.

Possilbly check into Incorporating yourself legally. Come up with one of those many company names like John Doe Auto Recycler or something like that. Have yourself Incorporated as a buisness. Then they would have to deliver your coins to you. Then too you could start writing off expendatures involved in the usage of your coins such as melting them down for bulk metal recycling. I'm sure the government would be happy to hear about such a buisness and possilby pay you something to stop your buisness.:D

I work for one of those companies, First you'll need to have a Corporation , Currency can be delivered to you , never picked up at a armored car facility .
You will also have to have a commercial bank account which will have debits and credits posted when ordering coin, In which state fo you reside or plain to conduct business?
