Nice full book. Start a new thread when you feel like doing so and I hope the responses will be gentler this time. Also, be sure to take advantage of sites offered by the members because they will help you in your searches for answers.

Please take the time to re-read every post with fresh eyes. It is not that you post questions, it is that you refused to accept the answers given, calling them rude.
