..........hmmmmmmmm. i wonder if they closed their eyes when they poured the coins out for a picture so that they weren't looked/searched even for a second? absolutely PHENOMENAL!!
It's the average large ad for an OK item with a really high price tag. At least he didn't say unsearched. It would be challenging to pick out certain years without accidentally dropping the rare ones in your own pocket. Probably plenty of low graded coins in each roll also, I would assume.
Who in the world puts a cull coin in a picture (unless you are stating/selling them as culls) like in the second picture in this auction?
It is misleading, but I don't go with the lying part or eyes closed part. I think he was blindfolded.
Two things, one is that how can they be UNsearched if he seperated them into the 20s? The second thing is that the great depression is considered to be during the 1930s, I know he probably meant his grandfather was emotionally depressed because the Winton stopped running.
I bet his day job is a used car salesman. That always did make me laugh, unsearched. The sad part is, theirs a sucker born every minute...
You people are so harsh. I believe the seller. He didn't search the cents except to see if they were wheats. There if they were and they were 1920's he didn't search them again except to count out the 5000 to put into a bag. It's so obvious that there are treasures left to be found that the buyer may be the CHOSEN ONE to find it.hya:
Harsh, Its hard not to be harsh. There're so many scam artist out their its pethetic. Just maybe this one person is honest. There's thousands of others who would love to take the opportunity to draw in the gullible. I refuse to be naive to situation.
And if you notice, the seller is an X-pert who only threw them aside as '20's Culls while he was grading them. I believe him.:mouth:
"Kinda misleading" If you read the entire listing it all becomes crystal clear. As always, caveat emptor.....
