Collectors

How do I find Other coin collectors in my area? it seems like there should be a coin club but I dont know how to find it... Don't know what to look under on the web for my area..

hey Ryan - I did some searching on the web, and I found this site:

I found it through a regional organization called PNNA, which seems to cover the entire pacific northwest area - that link was for a club in Oregon.

I believe you are looking for a club right in Portland, weren't you? Well I have a friend by the name of Larry Gave who lives in Beaverton, Or. and is a member of this coin club in Portland:
Willamette Coin Club...meets at the Multamah Center, 7688 SW Capitol Hwy. in Portland. There are others in your area and you might find one of these to your liking as well. Try this: http://www.pnna.org/clubs.html

almost forgot, they meet at 7 P.M. on Thursday evenings each month.

 

I know a few of the members of the Portland club...but since I know a few of the collectors out there I can't remember what ones are members and what ones aren't ;--)
