Why wont penny salesman take pennies for a penny?

When you work in retail, you sometimes wonder what goes thru the minds of Corporate folks.

What they thing as "funny," is outright insulting to the rest of us. What they think will improve production, only just makes it much harder to implement at store level.

Sometimes getting a degree doesn't mean your smarter than everyone else.
