1854 Liberty Head Large Cent

    Hello Everyone. I have another large cent that I wanted to present for some clarity. The noticeable large indents on the obverse push through to the reverse of the coin. Is this a minting error or just damage to the coin? As always, Thank you all in advance.

    DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged

    When you see those flat spots on the other side then a blunt force was applied to it.

    Although damaged this is still usable as a type coin in a type set.
