1983 dd on reverse

I believe this is a double die on the reverse of this 1983 penny

Can't tell because your pictures are so small. Typically that's where a MD would show itself, not a 'doubLED die'

 

having a real problem getting larger pictures

I don't know what I am doing wrong, I cannot get the photos to show up larger. I put the resolution at 72 and the format in jpeg and they STILL show up small...

 

I may be wrong but its probably because your picture is to large to upload to the site so it is being re sized.

I think what would help is more pics of the reverse. You can't give us one pic and want us to decide if it is a DDR. It would be pretty hard unless it was one of the big ones that just stuck out. Give us pics of the motto, "United States of America", One Cent and the Memorial to start.

 

Looks like MD, mechanical doubling. The 1983 DDO is on my list. It should look somewhat like this.
