Pennsylvania Bank of Commerce 5 Dollars

    In a coin collection i just acquired there is a Pennsylvania Bank of Commerce 5 Dollar paper bill I have not been able to find any information on it (year made or what the value it might have), also in the same collection there is a three pence paper note from 1772.
    Please see photos
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
