Looks like die deterioration from what I can see.

 

Try going to the CC website and match it up to 1986-1DO-005. I can't really tell by your pics. They are to blurry:thumb:

Die deteriation faces toward the rims. The direction usually found. The poor man's DD being the classic example that many may recall.
