Is their any interest in notegeld? I was given some and am looking to pass it along. It's in binders and I have a lot of books about the topic.

I'd likely be more interested in the reference material... what exactly do you have?

I like notgeld (there's only one "e" in the word). The reference material indeed sounds interesting, particularly if it is in English.

However, do be aware that sales/promotions are not permitted on the discussion forums- only on the For Sale forum. So even if you're looking to give it away, it's probably best to communicate to folks about that via private message.

You could go to the Contests forum if it's a true giveaway, or For Sale, if you're looking to sell it, but read the rules in the "sticky" posts at the top of either of those forums.

Maybe I didn't need to say all that, since you're an oldtimer here with a join date earlier than my own.

Fore sure I'd post it to the ads, right now I'm not 100% sure what I have. I will look at it tonight when I get home and post an update.

This is what I have. No idea if the books are worth anything. Some are in German.

Those are just standard refs, all are older editions - can be of use to a general collector, but they are not of great worth / interest to a specialized or advanced collector / dealer.

None of the notes that I am seeing are Notgeld - I see an AMC 1 mark from just after the war, as well as a Russian chartered bank note, and a couple of Serbia under German occupation Dinar notes. I'd like a better look at the Russian note (the one with the large number 3 on it) if you could provide some further pics - it is the only note with any particular potential as the others are all common notes in poor condition.
