I put a post on here last month regarding a 1961D possible error. Looks just like yours(ON TOP). It is called a "struck through cap die error"? Mine is only effected on the obv. the rev. looks normal. Is yours the same. If so, how much are these worth?
This is not to be a pain in the neck but I guess I always wonder how much it cost to slab the coins after we were able to indicate to you what they were for free The slabs will not add to the worth of these coins. I guess I am just curious. Thanks, Bill
If you put them on ebay they certainly would add and sell for more. There's a big difference when your dealing with raw coins and slabbed and certified coins when your selling them on ebay JC
I think that a slabbed coin gets more attention as being authentic. Unauthenticated coins can be called anything, Ive seen it on e-bay.
It has to. It puts a giant label above it. That has to add some value. It's like saying,"HEY! look at me!", "I have a label!"
