Doubled die/ear?its not looks like a normal crappy zilincon to me.

 

Looks like it took a hit above Abe's ear (like a small dent). Notice dings on the top of the rim in the pic of reverse, also.

 

What are all those blue scribbly lines drawn around Abe's head in the 1st photo?

Not a Doubled ear but it does look like a plating blister. Your Cent is zinc and has a thin layer of copper. It's very common for them to blister like this.
