This box was from the largest credit union in my area. It was a sealed Loomis box.

 

If they get a lot of change and or dumps from searchers it's very possible that was a fresh box of re-wraps right from that same branch.
They tend to know if the rolls and boxes are coming right back to them...they are orders they place just like when they order a box of rolls that is not their own change coming back to them re-rolled, they usually know. You just have to be speaking to the right teller, who likes you

 

Hey Cheech, how are you? I’ve cut WAY BACK on my CRH for halves. My latest was a month ago I bought a $193 partial bag off a coin counting machine. Only 1 x 40%er. I think the tellers at that bank are wise to me. BTW, I sent you a PM awhile back about your big W score. You may not have have seen it. Cheers!

Yes. I assume they are. The 1999 weights 5.8g and 2015 5.71g. Keepers in my book.

 

Picked up a box of quarters today. I'm about 1/2 way through them. My teller said she has $500 in small dollars that somebody turned in....wondered if I want them. Couldn't spend the money today, but asked her to hold them until Monday and I'd let her know. I'm not sure what to do.....any opinions?

 

I found a lot of fun stuff in my box of 1000 small dollars recently!
There are some super fun and easy to spot very valuable varieties if you're super lucky enough!!! ...mules and wounded eagles oh my!

One quarter box yielded me 2 West Pointers and 2 Friscos. Honorable mention was a 2009 Northern Mariana Islands (not posted).

 

Nice finds. I did two boxes today and this is what I found.

 

I only found one that's all I needed.Back to searching for silver in dime rolls.

 

I find it interesting that a lot of 2019 W' are showing up lately. I don't know if that's because people are cashing in their change jars or what. It's cool for us CRH though.

 

Too many variables. Half way through my next box. No W's, but two silvers. Didn't expect that.

No wonder why your doing so good your able to get boxes.
