1 day not so long ago while on the potty a cat named Max had to climb in my lap everyday. True story. Yes even in the dark. lol Max sleeps to my left every night and I sleep 100% better knowing he is there.
I love your cat. Mine, Salvatore looked just like that in his younger, thinner days. We picked him up when he was weeks old on Christmas Eve, 2019. He was trying to get to the other side. We have 6 dogs and we couldn't take another mouth to feed. We continued on to Church. On our way home, we saw that this tiny kitten had made it across the road. It was in the 30's and I couldn't stand to see him die, so I stopped the car and I picked him up, intending to give him to someone or the pound. A friend told me a neighbor was looking for a cat, so I called her up. She said she would love to have him. I told her that we would need to look the house over before we made a decision. She didn't like that and told us that if that was a condition, she didn't want the kitten. I have a separate building behind our home that is a combination pump house for water in a small room and in the larger room is my office and my theater. Salvatore has lived there since she was weeks old and lays on a bed I made on my credenza. There's a sofa facing the from of the room and he stays there all the time I'm at my desk. If I don't give him attention, he will reach over and give me a "love" bit. We have a glass storm door and I made a bed so he can watch the dogs play during the day. I saw your coin on an earlier thread and like it a lot. I did see a little wear on the right knee, but all in all, it's a beautiful coin. Thanks for showing it to us. MS-4+
MS65. Commemoratives seem to get graded in the MS middle unless obvious wear is evident. It does look like it was good, full strike on the reverse.
Hmmm.... So you have this coin in hand, what do you see that warrants a 65? I see one tiny hit on her knee, and from the pics full luster. Not sure I agree this is a 65.
The cats are the best part of this thread. However, I was going to call the coin an MS 65. I always like the Texas Commemorative design.
Here are my boys. Toby likes to play with bubble wrap, and Oliver, he sleeps between my legs and lays on my knee cap. Fat cats both.
Well, as long as everybody is posting '70 cats, here's my 'Yowls'. She gets that name because she never shuts up......
since this thread has turned into 2 subjects, Pets and Coins, here's my 2nd post. I'm naming this post Partners in crime.....Forrest and Tigger. good luck everyone
