The reeds gave it away immediately. Faking, faked, faker, a down right FAKE!

 

Absolutely fake. The artwork is not like the original coin. Here are the pictures of the real thing from "Coin Facts."

 

The reverse of the fake is more obvious than the obverse

 

Yes, it's the new "skinny neck eagle" variety. Maybe they used a swan as a model.

This junk is being sold on Facebook. Facebook doesn't give a crap that people are getting ripped off.

hey Vertigo i think its great that you posted another coin that's being counterfeited and for sale. the more info and pictures that come to light the better. i have uploaded a PCGS graded coin and uploaded your pictures for comparison. maybe it will help people see exactly where the counterfeiting is at. the PCGS MS66 graded coin is the 1st coin with the white back ground.
