I recently bought a coin from GUSFIREFLY.
it was supposedly a 1905 AU Indian cent, But when it arrived I saw the missing chin, many deep gouges and rim dings. I'd have a hard time giving it Fine, let alone AU. I sent it back 2 weeks ago and haven't got my refund yet.
    I made several mistakes.
    1. The pictures were too dark to show the damage.
    2. $4.99 shipping on a penny sent first class.
    3. no refund on shipping.
    4. buyers should Check out toolhaus.org on every seller.
So, I am out over $10, and I bet it will be re-listed soon as AU again.
Hope Gusfirefly isn't a member here.
On second thought, maybe it would be a good thing.

If you get your refund through PayPal, you WILL get you shipping refunded. The only thing you will be out is going to be your return shipping.

How do I get a refund through paypal if I just didn't want the item. My problem was grading which is subjective.

Well, stating that you "just don't want the coin" , just won't cut it. If you have serious disagreements with the sellers description, and grade they assigned, I would say you need to try to work this out first with the seller. Bear in mind you do have a time limit on placing a claim for refund with Pay Pal. You have also a no question asked return policy, if the seller did not state a "no return policy".

Just file through PayPal - Item significantly other than advertised.

Done, and I got this from paypal-

Your Significantly Not as Described dispute for the payment you sent to
Sharon Hellmann on Jul 20, 2009 (Transaction 95945748927585138) is now open.

We notified Sharon Hellmann of your request for a $9.88 USD refund. If
Sharon Hellmann agrees to this refund, the dispute will be closed once the
    refund is processed.

By opening a dispute, you are communicating with the seller, not PayPal,
about this problem transaction. We will email you when your seller posts a
    response in the Resolution Center.

I hope this works and I get shipping back also, the seller made almost $4.00 just off the shipping. I wouldn't be doing this, but I returned the coin 8 days ago, first class, and haven't heard anything from the seller.

    BTW, I got this after my last dispute;

I tried it and they resolved it the next day. Their writing process used to take a minimum of 5 weeks.

UPDATE_ I got this in my e-mail, I was refunded the full price, so going through paypal saved me almost $5, a 100% difference from the seller's policy, They planned on making the value of the coin, even if it's returned by the buyer, so therefore they can sell almost fine coins as AU.

Sharon Hellmann has agreed to grant a $9.88 USD refund to settle this
dispute. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear
in your account. This dispute will be closed then.

FWIW, Sharon Hellmann had no choice in the matter. She could agree to refund all you money or else PayPal would refund your money and then take it from her account and give her a black mark for not refunding your money. Great choice, huh?

Egad, that's a nice start to a list of sellers to AVOID. Many, if not most of the raw coins from each of those sellers are overdipped, harshly cleaned, overgraded, messed with, or all of the above. Most collectors who know how to grade can tell how bad these coins are by the pictures alone. These sellers typically have generous return policies, which minimizes negative feedback from customers who know they got taken. Meantime, they make lots of money from newbies who never return the crappy coins because they don't know any better.
