Thanks for the advice and I want to post a few pic

About a month ago I asked for help and advice before my son and I went to our first coin show, well,we went yesterday and really enjoyed it.It was a small show,in a small building and we also had a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there, but let me say,I would do it all over again. My son and I had a great time.He was able to buy himself a few coins, with money he had saved. He was wanting to buy something gold, but after pricing gold coins he knew that would be all he could get,so he changed his mind. The advice that everyone gave was very helpful, especially, when it came to buying. He got 4 coins and wanted to post them. The only one not posted was a '43 steel cent with a missing 4.

The pic are not all that good, but with what you can see,he's just wondering what you would have give for them?
Thanks again for your help,God bless,Keith.

Those look like nice coins, I especially like the FE cent and the draped bust. Even more rewarding, I'm sure, was the time you spent together.

Nice coins, and it is always nice to have some good memories with your son, I do not know the prices on those pieces, but just my uninformed opinion would say 20 each on the draped bust and the flying eagles.

Hi HKWW! What nice coins your son selected. I like them all. I am no judge of what coins like this should cost but I'd say if your son spent $100- $150 then he did just fine in my humble opinion.

Those look like great starter coin. I like the different selections he got and I agree that is better than one coin.

Thanks again, from my son and I.We both had a great time, and hope to do it again. My son was really pleased to know that he made some good deals.

I know to really say,you would have to have the coin in your hand, but with what you can see.Can someone give me an idea as to what you think these would grade?Just a guess,to give me an idea.

    God bless,Keith

Not sure about the grade on these but, I recently purchased a 1806 half cent in poorer condition than the 1808 you posted and paid $30 for it. I like all of your coins. Especially the flying eagle..I have a weak spot for early copper!!
