silver art bars - Please don't be offended by what I am about to say - I mean nothing personal by it. But anytime an individual decides to start a business it is usually a very good idea if that person really knows the particular business before they start one. Otherwise - they soon go broke. Now I admire your efforts to find out and your asking questions for that's how we all learn. But I've been collecting coins now for almost 44 yrs. and my knowledge about them and the numismatic business, in my opinion is only fair. It's not very good, I'm not an expert and I certainly would not attempt to start a business involving them. I'm just not qualified. And that's after 44 yrs. There's a lot to learn - a whole lot. And quite frankly - you won't learn what you need to learn to be successful on some coin forum. If this is really what you want to do - then I might suggest that perhaps you find yourself a job working in a coinshop. Learn about the business, learn about coins and precious metals. Do this for a few years at least - then decide if it is truly a business you wish to go into. By all means - do what you wish. I am only trying to be helpful by stating my honest opinion.
thanks you so much. That is a good idea. I was thinking about working at my local coin shop but now that you said so to I will thanks
There are a few companies that make silver bars. I don't have the list here with me, but you can try here. http://www.nwtmintbullion.com/
If there is anyone that sells 1 oz silver art bars, my boyfriend has been looking for months to purchase a 1977 happy birthday bar, we can not find one, does anyone have one or know of anyone that might have one for sale?
