Hey, looks like lots of FUN !! I would start with the Nickels , I like them better and some other members probably do to , I hope .
I'm going to mix it up a bit. Might even throw some penny finds! I get a tired of searching the same coin. I end up tossing coins that could be worth keeping. Going to search for some enders first.
Finding silver in quarters is really nice, I never search quarters much because I end up with too much Canadian and not enough silver to justify getting ripped by the Canadian.
Try halves! I had ordered as many as two boxes in the past. Today I have been going by a bank that has a person that comes in to pay his bills with halves. I asked them at the bank if they knew why. They said a family member had saved them and he inherited them and just pays his bills with them each month. Only found very few silver ones. Other banks I have asked and received one to a whole roll of the silver ones in the past. One box that I ordered in the past had about ten rolls of silver halves. It's hard to find today. I try to stop while on the road in small towns and see if they have any. They do sometimes.
Is there anything I should be looking with Nickels looking like a shiny red-copper look? Im guessing just Environmental Damage. They don't have Clad layers. Hmm. Second one today. Thought I would ask.
My 2nd in a wk from this country My only 2. The last one I think was a dime maybe. Not for sure had 10 on the back and smaller. This one is the same size as a nickel
Updated! surprised what hot water can do. Thought I would give it a shot. Lol I don't clean none of the coins I find. Maybe I should a tad of water once in awhile.
